1. Delivery Options

1.1 On Demand Delivery

  • Service Area: Our On Demand Delivery is available within a 6.9-mile radius of our service center, which covers all the hotels on the Las Vegas strip, doDowntown, and all residences within the 6.9 mile radius.  Extended delivery up from 7-15 miles out is possible with a higher delivery fee.

  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 69 minutes from the time of order. While we strive to meet this timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery within 69 minutes.  For extended delivery, we aim to deliver in under 2 hours.  Most orders are delivered within an hour if there are no major traffic jams.

  • Delays: In case of delays beyond our control, we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis and will contact you to inform you of any changes in delivery time.

1.2 Local Pickup

  • Availability: Local pickup is available in designated locations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase.  Las Vegas currently does not have local pick up until further notice.

  • Pickup Location: You can collect your order from our designated pickup location. Details will be provided upon completion of your purchase.

1.3 Shipped Orders

  • Processing Time: Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Time: The shipping time will depend on the shipping speed chosen at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

2. Shipping Costs

  • On Demand Delivery: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery distance.

  • Local Pickup: There is no charge for local pickup.

  • Shipped Orders: Shipping costs will be determined based on the chosen shipping method and destination.

3. Tracking and Notifications

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

  • Delivery Updates: For On Demand Delivery, you will receive updates on the status of your delivery. For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
